Remodel of the main floor area to have an open Living Room-Dining area with an open concept Kitchen. The unconditioned basement is converted into an ADU which has a living area of 1000 sq ft. and consists of two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, two baths, and a utility room. We provided the Architecture and Structural Engineering of the ADU.
