Vern has experience with numerous commercial projects, from new office buildings to master planning and sequencing of renovations for a major bank. Projects have included hotels, museums, restaurants, single-family homes and multi-family developments. He views each project as a chance to learn something new which can be a benefit to the next project – no matter the project type. Building on his experience in healthcare design, Vern successfully turned two failing senior healthcare agencies into leaders in the industry.
